1. Accuracy of Information

Honest Representation: All listings must accurately describe the property. Misleading or false information (e.g., incorrect prices, property details) is strictly prohibited.

Complete Details: Listings must include accurate details like location, property type, size, price, amenities, and photos.

Legal Ownership: You must be the owner, agent, or have legal authority to list the property.


2. Content Guidelines

Images & Media: All photos and videos must be real, clear, and representative of the property. Stock or misleading images are not allowed.

Prohibited Content: No offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content is allowed in the listings.

Copyrights: You must have the right to use any photos or media that you upload. Posting copyrighted materials without permission is prohibited.


3. Fair Pricing

Price Transparency: List the correct price, including all relevant fees and costs. No bait-and-switch pricing tactics are allowed.

Market-Competitive: Listings should not intentionally inflate or deflate property values beyond reasonable market expectations.


4. Compliance with Laws

Legal Compliance: All listings must comply with local, state, and national real estate laws, including any regulations related to property sales, rentals, and advertising.

Discrimination: Discriminatory listings based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected class are prohibited.

Zoning and Regulations: Make sure the property complies with zoning laws and any relevant local regulations.


5. Listing Management

Timely Updates: You must update or remove listings as soon as the property is no longer available (e.g., sold, rented).

No Duplicate Listings: Duplicate listings for the same property are not allowed. If you want to update your listing, edit the original post rather than creating a new one.

Limited Time: Listings may expire after a set period (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days) unless renewed or extended.


6. Agents and Brokers

Authorization: If you are an agent or broker, you must have the necessary licenses or permissions to list properties on behalf of clients.

Multiple Listings: If you are managing multiple properties, they should each have a unique and accurate listing.


7. Communication and Conduct

Responsiveness: Respond to inquiries about the property in a timely and professional manner.

No Spamming: Refrain from sending unsolicited or irrelevant messages to other users of the platform.

Respectful Interaction: All communication with other users should be respectful, courteous, and free of harassment.


8. Prohibited Properties

Illegal Properties: You may not list any property that is not legally available for sale or rent, such as illegally constructed buildings.

Hazardous Properties: Properties that pose safety hazards or violate building codes should not be listed unless disclosed and approved by the relevant authorities.


9. Platform-Specific Guidelines

Prohibited Listings: Certain types of properties may be restricted based on platform rules (e.g., timeshares, short-term rentals).

Fees and Payments: If the platform charges fees for listings, users are responsible for timely payment. Listings may be removed if fees are not paid.


10. Reporting and Enforcement

Report Violations: Users may report suspicious or non-compliant listings to the platform for review.

Consequences: Violation of these policies may result in listing removal, temporary suspension, or permanent banning from the platform.
